The idea of this "Mother and Child" piece was conceived during a recent travel. This mom was so mesmerized with her child that she forgot the world around her. The child confidently looked right into her eyes and babbled. Like all mothers, this one seemed to understand each and every sound coming out of the baby's mouth! There were other kids around pulling her saree trying to seek attention but these two were in their own moment!
